PhotoBulk does everything I need it to and produces quality reduced resolution images. My only wish would be the ability to resize the watermark on the fly when putting one in. As is you need to have the proper size for the resolution and size you’re resizing your photo’s to. Minor annoyance, but it would be great to just drag a resizing rectangle across to get it just right for the occasion you use it for.
This is a great App! I would recommend to anyone who’s looking to add a watermark to a batch of images.
Great app for adding watermarks onto photos. It works simply and effieciently. Two things I would appreciate is to make it work with the the Photos App so that it can be an extension. That would ease the process of adding a watermark greatly. The other thing would be if the watermark could be a percentage of the image rather than pixels. This is so that if you crop your image the watermark stays the same size. Anyway, thanks for the app. It make adding watermarks a breeze.
I had a lot of old photos that I wanted to watermark. I found PhotoBulk and thought this would be exactly what I needed. I tried everything to drag my images to the Photobulk screen without success. I contacted the developers and promptly received a reply that the current version of Photobulk doesn’t work with Photos App and that they are planning to update in the near future. So until then, I have drag my images to the desktop and then drag them to Photobulk to watermark. (Sigh!) The upside is you can do a bunch of them at a time.
Easy drag and drop from Finder. Does what it says. Would like to be able to re-watermark the same set of photos, but have to clear then reselect photos. Works good.
Found no way to preview the watermark!!! This is a basic function of a watermark app. Also found no way to change the angle AND placement. Simplistic interface: feels like 1990s design. Having used iWatermark on iPhone, this is a huge disappointment. To top it off, the HELP function didn’t work. Can I get my $ back?
PhotoBulk is a great application for renaming, resizing, optimizing, and watermarking photos all at the same time. It even lets you save your own presets. It is true the application doesn’t work straight from iPhoto or Photos, but the application never claimed to do that. It has a simple and intuitive interface, it is easy, and it is fast. It saves me so much time from manually performing each of these functions. I give it an A+
Have used other watermarking apps that are confusing with a large learning curve. PhotoBulk is simple, easy to use and powerful. Large number of pics watermarked in seconds. I love it!
This little app works wonders. It resizes photos, optimizes photos, and can even watermark photos. I have used it to process thousands of images and it has always worked without a problem. Excellent app!
This app works perfectly and does eveything you would expect it to and is easy to use.
Set the resize option to width= 1024px and you’d expct to get…. all of your large pictures (4272 px wide @ 72 DP) converted to 1024 px at 72 DPI. Nope. Not the case. Instead you get “resized” images at 2048px at 144 DPI.
Just what I was looking for! All the other apps in the App store looked suspicious, but after looking into this developer, I feel they’re pretty trustworthy. Small feature request! Any chance of a stroke/dropshadow option for watermark text? Thanks!
1) Paid $5.99 2) Downloaded the App 3) Dragged 34 pictures -1 picture was processed, 33 errors 4) Dragged 33 pictures -1 picture was processed, 32 errors and so on So this App can resize pictures, but only one by one…. Deleted.
I use this app to share pictures I take that are used by others on social media. It is a very easy way to include my watermark and to organize pictures by renaming them. I am very happy with the performance of this app.
Thanks for this app! It did everyting I wanted, except I could not get it to rename the files. I did not spend a lot of time debugging, but two tests did not result in any file renaming. Responding to above, all 380 files processed correctly in a single batch. I would recommend.
